Peggy’s entrepreneurial journey began when she started sprouting her own grains for use in baking healthy, real food for her family. At first, she sold extra baked goods at nearby farmers markets. Then, when friends wanted to buy flours to bake their own goods, Peggy began sprouting flours for sale.
Eventually, the demand outpaced her capacity to produce the grains she could sell. Rather than giving up, Peggy and her husband began to innovate.
